Tobacco Shipping Restrictions & Policies

Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship tobacco products to the following locations:
Arkansas, District of Columbia, Maine, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Vermont, and Armed Forces (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Orders shipped to these locations may still include non-tobacco items such as hookahs, hoses, and accessories, where permitted by law. If a tobacco product is included in a restricted order, it may be removed or the order may be modified or canceled.

California Restrictions
Certain cities and counties in California prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products. Orders containing restricted items cannot be processed for delivery to these jurisdictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
